4. Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in BDT (৳) and are subject to change without prior notice. Payment must be completed through available methods at checkout. We reserve the right to cancel any order due to incorrect pricing or product unavailability.

5. Shipping & Delivery

1. We aim to deliver products within 1–5 business days after order confirmation.
2. For delays beyond 5 days, customers are eligible for a BDT 50-500 discount (conditions apply).
3. Free delivery is available on orders above BDT 1500 across Bangladesh.
4. Delivery delays due to natural disasters, political unrest, or courier disruptions are beyond our control.

6. Returns & Replacements

We are committed to customer satisfaction.

You may return a product immediately to the delivery rider only if:

1. The box is visibly damaged
2. The product inside is defective or incorrect
3. Note: The product seal must remain unbroken for eligibility.

7. Price Match Guarantee

Avelyn offers Bangladesh’s first price match guarantee.

If you find our product being sold at a lower price elsewhere and provide valid proof, we will offer the same price.

8. Product Guarantee

We stand by the quality of our products. If you experience any product-related concerns, please reach out to our customer service team for support.

9. Intellectual Property
